Summer Strength & Conditioning Workouts to Begin Monday, June 8, 2020

Key Reminders:

  • All workouts are optional.  All coaches will respect and support the decision of any family that opts to not have their student participate in workouts
  • All workouts will take place outdoors
  • All participants and coaches must complete a health check before leaving their house to attend a workout
    • Health checks must include a temperature check. 
    • Anyone who either has a fever or is showing other symptoms of being ill are expected to stay home
  • All participants will be screened and attendance logged at the beginning of each workout
  • All participants and coaches will be expected to maintain 6ft social distance at all times
  • All participants must bring their own water bottle
  • Locker rooms will be off limits.  Participants must immediately leave the CAT upon conclusion of the workout
  • All coaches will be provided hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies for equipment
  • With workouts being held outside, the strenuous nature of the exercises involved and the mandated 6ft social distancing, we are not requiring masks.

  • All participants should wear cleats
  • With outdoor workouts there is the potential for inclement weather.  Sign up here: https://www.remind.com/join/thinsha   for important text message alerts, including weather cancelations of the 10am or 11am workout sessions.
    • Note: Football cancellations (7am) will come directly from the coaching staff

Strength and Conditioning Workout Schedule:

Football (incoming 9th-12th) 

  • 7am – 9am, Mon, Tues, Thurs
  • 7am – 9:45am, Wed
  • Report to the CAT

All Female Athletes (incoming 9th-12th)

  • 10am - 11am, Mon - Thurs 
  • Report to Gardiner Field for warm-up

Boys non-football (incoming 9th-12th)

  • 11am – Noon, Mon - Thurs
  • Report to Gardiner Field for warm-up

**Outdoor skill workout times for individual sports will be communicated out from the head coach for that sport.  If you have questions please direct all questions to the varsity head coach for that sport.  CC Coaches contact list here.
