Athletes from Catholic Central Girl’s & Boy’s Golf Teams proudly volunteered their time this summer at their joint team sponsored hole at the Brian Bush Memorial Putt-For-Life event that was held on July 30th at Loeschner’s Village Green.

This 18 hole miniature golf event is held annually in memory of Catholic Central student, Brian Bush, who was a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital from September 1988 to April 1989 when he died of pneumonia going through a bone marrow transplant. Brian's parents, Michael and Marge Bush, started the event to help raise money for St. Jude in Brian's Honor.

Michael and Marge also present the prestigious “Brian Bush Life Award” to a freshman at Catholic Central annually.
