🎾 Boys Tennis off to a strong start to 2023 season

The 2023 Boys Tennis team is looking to build off their success from 2022 and an 8th place finish at the State Finals. Their season kicked off with the Northview Quad and a second place finish against Northview, Kelloggsville, and Jenison on Friday (8/18/23).
The Cougars were paced by Sophomore Thomas Tamae at 3rd singles and Senior Axel Cummings at 4th singles. Both athletes won their respective flight championships

On Saturday (8/19/23) the Cougars were back in action and took 2nd place in the East Kentwood Invite consisting of 8 teams. Once again, the Cougars were paced by Axel Cummings, winning another flight championship and finishing the weekend undefeated .
