Returns/Exchanges — Cougar Gear is an ongoing fundraiser run by volunteers and is not actually a full-time “store.” Therefore, we cannot accept refunds. However, we will accept exchanges for a different size or for a different product. To exchange your item, please attend one of our sales listed above. Exchanged items must be unworn and with the original tags still attached. For purchases made through MyLocker you must contact MyLocker.

Team/Sport-Specific Apparel — Cougar Gear does not provide apparel for specific sports teams. Please contact your coach regarding team gear.
