Sports Physicals Required in 2021-2022

The MHSAA Health Questionnaire will not be in use next school year (2021-22).
An MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is again required for all students who participate in sports in 2021-22.
A valid physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2021.
The MHSAA two-page physical form has not changed and is available on MHSAA.com, at www.CatholicCentralSports.com under the "FORMS" tab or at the link following link: MHSAA Sports Physical Form

CC Boys Golf - parent meeting this Wednesday, 6:30 PM, at The Den (2700 Patterson Ave). Player tryouts begin Monday, March 22nd.
