The MHSAA Health Questionnaire will not be in use next school year (2021-22).  

An MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is again required for all students who participate in sports in 2021-22.

A valid physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2021. 

The MHSAA two-page physical form has not changed and is available on MHSAA.com, at www.CatholicCentralSports.com under the "FORMS" tab or at the link following link:  MHSAA Sports Physical Form 

The MHSAA has decided to manage all ticket digitally for Boys Soccer playoff games through GoFan.  Below is the link where fans can purchase tickets.
