What to expect during tryouts:
-Physical fitness testing day 1 and 2 -Timed mile, 40yd dash, shuttle run, assorted cone drills -Timed push-ups, sit-ups, jump squats -Stick skills -Passing/Catching/Cradling -Shooting - On the run/Time and room -Ground Balls -Dodging and Defending -1v1s, 2v2s -Lax IQ -Assorted drills -6v6/Full field scrimmage
High School Training through TRUE Lacrosse
-Saturday mornings 11:00am-12:30pm -January Dates: 19th & 26th -February Dates: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd -March Dates: 2nd & 9th
