Congratulations to our team for qualifying for State yesterday! CC placed third in the region, with three of our flights making the finals: 1S - Claire Danko, 3D - Michaela Putkovich and Erin Liszewski, and 4D- Nikki Drummond and Alexis Lomonoco.
CC's Head Coach, Pat Williams, received a very special honor from the coaches in our region. Coach Williams received the Regional Coach of the Year honor, which was a shared honor this year with the Thornapple Kellogg's coach. Coach Williams noted that between the two of them, there was over 90 years of coaching. That's a lot of tennis!
The 2019 State Championships will take place May 31 - June 2 in Northville. More details to come!
